Youth Leadership Training Program

As parents, we want the best for our children. We want them to be happy, confident and successful. However, coming from a different generation and background, it is not always easy to know how to achieve that or even how to communicate that to our children when there is so much conflicting message as we are in an era where social media and friends have more influence on our children than we would like.


There is no better time than right now to provide them with the skills, strategies and tools to cope with any emotional turbulence they may face. We want them to be emotionally prepared!

This Program is for your Child

The Youth Leadership Program

The youth leadership program is a 4 week program that has been designed to empower participants age ranges 13-17, to become tomorrow’s LEADERS.

This will be achieved through boosting and teaching them:

SELF-BELIEF

CONFIDENCE

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

so they can change their lives and their communities.

At the end of the program, not only will they have a clear map of what their goal for the near future is, but they will also walk away with tools and strategies to cope with any difficulties they may encounter be it exam stress, bullying, self image, friendship issue.

Meet Luwam Scorer

Luwam is an Empowerment Coach and a Motivational Speaker who has worked with numerous clients helping them overcome limiting beliefs, self doubt and lack of confidence to achieve their dreams.

She has also worked with charities in her community imparting the knowledge and experience she has gained so they too have the tools and strategies to overcome any obstacles and Become Unstoppable.


Her first day experience of school in the UK was being pinned to the wall by the neck by the class bully. But she did not let that hold her back from gaining her law degree and then going on to become a very successful stockbroker in an industry where ethnic minorities are under represented.

It was during her career break looking after her children that she came across the world of personal development. Realising the power our mindset has as to whether we just survive or actually thrive was ground breaking for her. She was so inspired that she undertook it as her mission to learn as much as possible and gain the necessary skills to pass on this secret to her community and clients.


She believes that everyone has an untapped power and potential within them and with the right knowledge and guidance, they can Become Unstoppable and fulfil their highest potential.

I decided to get a coach because I was always impressed by individuals who were great public speakers and were able to captivate an audience effortlessly through words but also through their demeanour. It was never something that I felt I was naturally comfortable with, by any stretch of imagination.

The coaching sessions have helped me to confront the mentally limiting beliefs - which I was unaware of and which was a hinderance to myself - and realise that they were actually just self-perceived, and didn’t reflect the external realities.
